What are the side effects of Naproxen?

In patients taking Flanax Pain Reliever Tablets(naproxen sodium) in clinical trials, less than 10% of patients experienced the following side effects*:
Gastrointestinal (GI) Experiences, including: heartburn, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia
Central Nervous System: dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, vertigo
Dermatologic: pruritus (itching), skin eruptions, sweating, purpura
Special Senses: tinnitus, visual disturbances, hearing disturbances
Cardiovascular: edema,
General: thirst
